We are based in Europe and ship from within Europe.
Are all pieces handwoven by artisans?
Yes, all pieces are sourced from independent brands and makers across India, who work with skilled local artisans. This means a strong focus on craftsmanship, natural materials, and small-batch production.
What fabrics do you use?
We primarily work with natural fibres such as cotton, linen, silk, and wool, along with handwoven textiles. Many of them are naturally dyed fabrics.
Are they fits true to size?
Most of our pieces are designed with a relaxed or oversized fit. Specific sizing and fit notes are included on each product page.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Because many garments are handwoven, naturally dyed, or hand-finished, slight variations in tone, weave, or texture may occur. These are part of the individuality of each piece, and will make it truly yours.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Some pieces may return, but many are produced in limited small batches and may not be restocked.
How do I care for naturally dyed pieces?
We recommend gentle washing in cold water with mild detergent and drying away from direct sunlight. Some natural dyes, such as indigo, may release colour in the first few washes. Please see our Care for your piece page for more information.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
